I give permission to the representative of Baig Academy to contact the student's home school regarding the above-mentioned course(s).

I understand that there is no guarantee that my child will pass the course.  Furthermore, it is understood that all assessments and marks will be granted only according to the Ministry of Education guidelines.  

I understand and accept the attendance policy.

Student Code of Conduct

Student affirms and agrees that:

1. Absenteeism/lateness can/will cause student grades to go down or not earn credit.

2. Plagiarism is a reason to be expelled from a course.

3. Maintaining good hygiene and helping to keep the premises clean is a responsibility of all students (e.g. chewing gum is not allowed).

4. S/he will maintain good etiquettes towards both fellow students and school staff.

5. Baig Academy reserves the right to have closed-circuit records of school activities.

Refund Policy*

Synchronous/In-Person:

• If a course is dropped prior to the start of the first class, a $50 administration fee is deducted, and the rest of the course fee is refunded (e.g., from $560, a $50 is deducted, and $510 is refunded).

• If a course is dropped between the first and third day of classes, 80% of the course fee will be refunded, minus a $50 administration fee. No refunds will be issued after the third day.

  
  

  Asynchronous:

• If a course is dropped prior to receiving the login information, 100 percent of the course fee is refunded.

• Once the login information has been issued, and up to three days thereafter, 80 percent of the course fee is refunded, minus a $50 administration fee.

• If a course is dropped after the third day from receiving the login information, no refund would be given.
